I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) providing virtual therapy across Ontario. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s experiences and the ways we navigate life’s challenges.Growing up in a culturally diverse environment, I saw firsthand how identity, relationships, and mental health intersect. This inspired me to pursue therapy as a way to support others in finding
healing and clarity in their own lives.
As a first-generation Canadian, I understand the complexities of balancing cultural expectations, family dynamics, and personal identity. I work with individuals, couples, and families—including interracial, queer, and racialized relationships—to help them navigate these unique challenges with understanding and care.
