I’m Karan, a Registered Social Worker providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Ontario. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity struggles, or life transitions, I’m here to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change.

Individual Therapy
Struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, conflict or childhood trauma? Individual therapy offers a safe space to process emotions, gain clarity, and build resilience. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and help you move forward with confidence.

Couples Therapy
Navigating conflict, cultural differences, or trust issues? Or did you want to work through communication struggles, intimacy, trust or rebuilding a relationship. Whether you’re in an interracial, queer, or multicultural relationship, couples therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen connection, and foster understanding.

Family Therapy
Family dynamics can be complex—especially in multigenerational homes or across cultural backgrounds.
Or did you want to re-connect with a family member again? Family therapy helps improve communication, navigate conflict, and create stronger relationships built on mutual understanding and respect.

My Approach
I take an integrative and client-centered approach, drawing from various evidence-based modalities, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helping you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – Strengthening emotional bonds in relationships.
- Psychodynamic Therapy – Understanding how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and relational dynamics influence your present life.
- Relational and Trauma-Informed Therapy – Recognizing how systemic and interpersonal experiences shape emotional well-being
I work from an anti-oppressive and culturally responsive lens, recognizing the ways in which systemic factors, generational experiences, and identity shape mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported in your journey.

Personalized Approach
